Measuring Instructions

chest 1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest (usually at the nipple). Do not let the tape slide down on the back to make sure that it is centered well over shoulder blades. Allow room for one index finger between the tape and body. Read the result.
Important: Add 1 inch from the previous result to get your final chest size.
stomach 2. Stomach
Measure around your body where your belly is. Large people should measure at their widest point.
front 3. Front
Measure 2" down from your neck line (see picture), and then use that position to measure the width of your front/chest from one armhole to another armhole.
back 4. Back
Measure 3" down from your neck line (see picture), and then use that position to measure the width of your back from one armhole to another armhole.
shoulder 5. Shoulder to Shoulder
Measure your body from the end of shoulder to another end of shoulder. If you measure from modern suit, measure from the end of shoulder seam to another end of shoulder seam. Please substract ¾ inch because the shoulder pad.
sleeve 6. Sleeve A
Bend elbow slightly, measure from center of collar in the back, across the shoulder seam to the elbow, down to the length desired.
sleeve 7. Sleeve B
Measure from top sleeve down to the length desired
length

8. Jacket Length
Measure from your top of shoulder to about 2-1/2" below your naval.
waist 9. Trousers Waist
Measure around your naval
inseam 10. Inseam
Measure the crotch seam down to lenght desired.
head 11. Head
